Questions
- Monthly or yearly: what is the difference?
- Yearly is paid once a year and costs 17% less than paying monthly. Every plan has its own Monthly / Yearly switch, so you see both prices before you choose.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, at any time, from the Billing page in your account.
- What happens to my ID and selfie images?
- They are encrypted and deleted automatically after 7 days. The result of the check (what was verified, and when) stays in the document's record, so the proof outlives the images.
- Why are Canadian and US prices different?
- Each market is priced for itself, never converted from the other currency. We show the right one based on where you are, and you can switch at the top of the page.
- How long do you keep my documents?
- Seven years, on every plan, even if you only sent one document. Open your Activity Log, search for any document and see its whole history: who created it, who received it, who opened it, who signed it, and exactly when. Before anything is removed we email you three months, one month and one week ahead, so you have time to download it.
- Is the full activity log really on the Free plan?
- Yes. Time, IP address, device, operating system and browser are recorded under every action on every plan, including Free.
- What happens in an Enterprise or ICM session?
- A to minute call by video or phone. We look at how your firm works, show you your own workflow in Trust Ledger, and you leave with your price. No obligation.
